Standard protocol for all Quantum Cell Factor™ variants
These reconstitution instructions are intended for use by licensed medical professionals under appropriate clinical oversight and within regulated healthcare settings. All use must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Quantum Cell Factor™ products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) formulations that require reconstitution with sterile water for injection prior to administration. This standard protocol applies to all Quantum variants: Black™, Blue™, Red™, and Reset™.
Single-Use Only
Each vial is designated for single-use only. Multi-dose, shared, or repeated use is not approved.
Aseptic Technique Required
All reconstitution must follow strict aseptic technique in a controlled environment.
Specific Diluent Volume
Use exactly 0.1 mL (0.1 cc) of sterile water for injection per vial.
Immediate Use
Administer promptly following reconstitution. Do not store for future use.
Ensure the reconstitution area is clean, disinfected, and prepared according to facility aseptic technique protocols. Assemble all necessary supplies.
Examine the Quantum Cell Factor™ vial for any signs of damage, discoloration, or compromise. Do not proceed if the vial is damaged.
Using a sterile alcohol wipe, thoroughly cleanse the vial rubber top. Allow to air dry completely before proceeding.
Using a sterile syringe and needle, draw exactly 0.1 mL (0.1 cc) of sterile water for injection. Do not exceed this volume.
Insert the needle through the vial rubber stopper at an angle. Introduce the diluent slowly along the vial wall. Do not inject directly onto the lyophilized powder.
Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake, vortex, or agitate the vial, as this may compromise product integrity.
Inspect the reconstituted solution for clarity, particulate matter, or discoloration. The solution should be clear. Do not use if discolored or particulates are visible.
Proceed immediately with administration according to the prescribed route. Do not store or delay administration.
Any unused portion of the reconstituted product must be discarded immediately according to facility biohazard and medication disposal policies.
